Barbara has been on the Foundation board since 2008. Barbara has been an Angel Fire resident since 1980. During this time she owned and operated Alpine Ski Rental and Lodging for 18 years. Formerly Barbara has served as Village of Angel Fire Council Member and two-term Mayor of Angel Fire. Barbara was instrumental in founding and forming the Moreno Valley Charter High School, a nationally recognized charter school. She currently serves as a Board Member for the Charter High School.

Stan has served on the Foundation Board since 1995.

He is a full time Angel Fire resident that moved here in 1972 to become a ski bum. Stan is the Owner/Qualifying Broker for Monte Verde Realty, which was formed in 1976. Stan has also served on the Angel Fire Resort Property Owners Association Board of Directors, Angel Fire Resort Architectural Review Committee, and the Angel Fire Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He is an avid fly fisherman and skier.

Sally joined the Foundation board in 2016.

She has lived in the Valley full-time since 2007 when she returned to New Mexico after falling in love with it in the 70s. Prior to returning, Sally co-owned a computer software development business as well as coordinated and administered several grants for a homeless prevention agency. She briefly served as an Eagle Nest Chamber of Commerce board member in 2008 while working for the Sangre de Cristo Chronicle. She has been the Public Improvement District Administrator since 2010. Although she is a native to Wyoming, she frequently travels to Denton, Texas to visit her grandson, his family, and a large friend-family. She enjoys gardening, dancing, hiking, mosaic, and traveling, but especially loves good conversation and laughter while sharing a bottle of wine on the porch.

Margaret has been on the Foundation board since 2010.

Margaret and her husband live in Angel Fire full-time. She works as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the Moreno Valley Healthcare Clinic. For four years, Margaret participated in the Headstart Program as their Medical Consultant in Bastrop, Texas. During the same years, she teamed up with other health care providers to host a yearly discounted Sports Physical Day that supported the athletic programs in Bastrop. She currently supports the High School in Angel Fire by performing hearing and vision testing as the need arises. From 2009 through 2015, Margaret coordinated the yearly Wellness Fair in Angel Fire. She is certified in performing DOT physicals as a community service. Margaret enjoys gardening, hiking, and skiing.

Mari was first introduced to Angel Fire in December 2008 when she arrived as an international student from Peru to work for Angel Fire Resort. While working o the slope, Mari met her future husband, Brian.


Mari returned to Peru in March, 2009 to complete her degree in elementary education and teach for two years. During this time she and Brian maintained a long distance relationship. They were married in Angel Fire in 2011 and live in Black Lake on La Canada Ranch.


Mari is an employee of International Bank and enjoys all aspects of banking. One of her proudest moments was when she became a United States citizen in 2017. She enjoys cooking, dancing, music and hiking with their two dogs. Mari is interested in volunteering in the community and is looking forward to being a new member of the AFCF board.

Guy joined the Board in 2010. He is a full-time resident since 1984. Guy retired in 2006 from a 35-year career co-publishing weekly newspapers with his wife Marcia in Colorado and New Mexico, including Angel Fire’s Sangre de Cristo Chronicle from 1984 to 2006. Guy’s current community involvement includes the ALM Food Pantry as a volunteer and board member, and the Angel Fire Community Foundation. His favorite hobbies are skiing and hiking and baby sitting his grandchildren Gus and Birdie. Guy has been married to Marcia 50 years. They have two adult children, Heather and Christopher, who grew up in 

Angel Fire.

Cathy LeBus Bolsinger

Cathy joined the board in 2018. Cathy was born in Texas and brought to Angel Fire by her parents, Tommy LeBus and Carletta Ramsey when she was 2 weeks old. He father is the son of Roy LeBus, the founder of Angel Fire. Cathy has lived on and off in Angel Fire and Colorado Springs. She married her husband in 1981 and has 4 daughters. Cathy is a Registered Medical Assistant and has worked in the medical field for 30 years.


Cathy and her husband have always been involved in volunteering for Angel Fire Fire Department and Eagle Nest's Fire Department's and EMS. She is also on the Economic Development Committee for the Village of Eagle Nest. Most of their free time is spent working on projects around the house and enjoying their 10 grandchildren. Cathy also enjoys all the arts, painting, crocheting, knitting and sewing.
